What Does This Guarantee Cover?

TRIVESTA, LLC (“Trivesta”) guarantees that the member’s “Years to Payoff™” date (“Payoff Date”) as shown on the Trivesta Prospio Program, (the “Program”), is accurate based upon the financial data provided by the member and that the member has followed the prompts and money transfers as directed by the Program.We also guarantee that if you don’t save at least DOUBLE the subscription price in the first six (6) months of using the Program, as a member, and you have followed all the prompts and money transfers as directed by the Program, then Trivesta will refund 100% of the subscription price.

WHY IS IT 6 MONTHS?
In order to accurately take into account the timing of your income, your debt payments, your interest rates, your available access to cash or others people’s money, (lines of credit, etc.) and your discretionary income, the algorithms need to time to begin the wealth building process.

THE FOREGOING GUARANTEE STATES THE ENTIRE OBLIGATION OF TRIVESTA AND YOUR ENTIRE REMEDY FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN PERFORMING THE PROGRAM. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, THE PROSPIO PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. TRIVESTA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY; ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE; AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of warranties, so the foregoing may not apply to you.
